+ -1 moreAwful. Do not hire this company. Find anyone else. Mark does not care about helping his customers or following up with them. He hires people to work for him that install equipment that does work, charges thousands of dollars then disappears. Mark sounds great on initial contact and then pulls the disappearing act and leaves customers high and dry. RUN AWAY

+ -1 moreThey came out to my home to repair the water hammer. The service they provided only lasted 9 months because now the same issue is happening again. I wish they would have guaranteed their work. They were pretty expensive in our opinion especially for something that didn't last. I called them and they said they guarantee their work for only 90 days.
