+ -1 moreThe plumber was on time; he called to tell me he when he expected to be at my door; he put on booties before entering my house; he declined to sit on my couch in case he was "cruddy." He advised me on how to handle problems that I was having with the water heater; he let me know what other services his company offered, without being pushy.
Description of Work: Install a customer purchased faucet, tighten under-sink pipes, check tank innards on noisy toilet. They do NOT charge you to come out to your house. Other places are charging $69 just to drive up to your front door.
