We have been providing curbside and commercial pickup in Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Lavergne, and surrounding areas since 2000. We promote, seek, and engage community outreach and education programs that promote recycling. Our competitive prices and dependable service allow you to do your part without breaking your wallet or your back.  We are so happy to start our 11th year here in Rutherford County... My wife had email correspondence with them and asked them to cancel our service with them since they couldn?t get it right. We asked for our money back and haven?t gotten it back. We did ultimately get our money refunded. I received a call from them today asking if I could update my AL entry and to invite us back. They said they were having problems with a driver back then but things have improved.
Description of Work: They picked up our recycling. The first two years we used them, they were really good. When we went back to them they were awful. They didn’t return phone calls or pick our stuff up.

In PBT's defense, we have refunded the money. We had a terrible employee who no longer works for us. The emails may have been junked in the past. We have also resolved this issue. We have offered 3 months of free service. Any business owner knows that good honest help is hard to come by. So now my wife and I run all the routes ourselves. I hope this grade could be reconsidered. I honestly did not know it was here until recently. We strive to be the best company we can be. We have a family to raise. I am sure you can ask any of our 1300 other customers and they would give an A. Ron Cook owner
