Ryan and his team did an outstanding job. Their attention to detail was terrific and very rewarding for us. We have had many compliments on the work and requests for Ryan's contact information. We would definitely recommend Ryan and Patriot Builders for any concrete and hardscape work.

Ryan met me at my house to understand what we wanted. He provided a quote within a day or two and was very responsive with all our questions. We set a date to have the work completed. Unfortunately, rain delayed the finish time a bit, but he kept us in the loop on what the plan was. He was able to create the shape we wanted and it looked great afterwards. His team moved drainage pipes and also added a conduit under the walkway for future work that we requested. I'm extremely happy with the patio his team produced for us.

.After an extended hard freeze, we noticed that our original patio concrete had settled approximately two (2) inches below the patio extension that we had previously done. Previously, Patriot Builders/Ryan Stott had done our original patio extension in 2014. We asked Ryan to look at the patio. We decided to replace the original patio sections. Ryan replaced the original patio sections and ensured the new sections matched his original work. Ryan completed the work with his usual attention to detail. We heartily recommend Ryan for his quality work.

When Ryan Stott, the owner of Patriot Builders, did the inside work, he was not thorough. We had areas marked with blue tape. Some things that were marked weren?t touched. We had to point out areas that were marked but not done. He did not clean up all the dust created by sanding. He tried 3 times to repair a 20 inch horizontal crack in the drywall. The crack is still there. Areas were not all painted; all wood areas were not repaired. He leaves quickly when he?s done with his work, not leaving you time to inspect the work. We were scheduled to have the exterior work done on April 15, 2015. This work also involves caulking, preparing the surface and painting. It is now over one week later and we have not heard anything from the owner, Ryan Stott. He does not return our phone calls or emails. Our neighbor down the street was scheduled to have their work done the same day as ours. There work was started on April 15th and completed the next day. We have had some rainy days since then, but the weather this week has been good for painting. We still have had no calls from Ryan Stott. We have seen his truck in the neighborhood so we know that he is doing work for someone. I would never hire him or recommend him because of the quality of his work and his unprofessional response.

Ryan at Patriot Builders was so easy to work with. Very friendly, reliable and responsive. We just built a new house and of all the contractors we've dealt with, he was by far the best in every area. He went above and beyond by even cleaning up a mess another contractor left behind. Our patio looks beautiful too. We definitely will use this company again for other work we need done.

Day 1 they came out and prepared the bed for the new cement slab. On day 2 they came and poured the slab. The work was done in a very professional manner and I would recommend them for any type of cement work.
