+ -1 moreI took my laptop because when I turned it on, green lines would appear over the screen. It was booted up and I could execute functions, just an annoyance visually. I took it to the shop and they initially told me it was the LCD, he went to order it and it took 2 weeks and finally he got the part in. He said he fixed the screen but that isnt the problem, it is the mother board and that he could fix it. Finally I just decided, you know i didnt want to spend the money on that and would just buy a new one. When I pick up the laptop it said that it would no longer turn on because of the motherboard. I also had to pay a higher fee than he originally quoted me for the bench fee. He also made an offer stating "well if you dont want it I can buy it from you which I declined. When i got the computer back it was actually in worse shape than before I put it in the shop. Save yourself the headache. Use Azzo computers, they provide much better service.

+ -1 moreService was prompt on a Sunday. Price was reasonable, I felt like I got more than my money's worth.
Description of Work: My computer was infected with a virus. I could not open any programs. When I tried a pop up would come up that tried to sell me virus protection. It made me mad because I knew that the virus was the pop up and it was a scam. It was Sunday and Wayne said he would fix it that day, which he did, and also spent about an hour showinfg me free software he had installed and how to use it to prevent the problem in the future.
