Did well and explained the problem and the fix.

I called regarding a clogged toilet and left a message. The call was not returned so we used the 2nd bathroom while we waited for our call to be returned. On Sunday, the 2nd toilet also clogged and I placed two more panic phone calls. We had to call a local well-known company who charged extra for sending a plumber out on a Sunday. To date, our 3 calls have NOT been returned.

They were very quick. They price was very reasonable and they were very helpful in explaining how to address the issues in the future.

If he had looked a little further, he could have stopped part of the mold problem. He was nice though and did his job, but the next thing I knew was that it was leaking again and we had lots of mold that needed to be removed.

Rich came on time (his delightful wife Jeri called to let me know he was on his way) and fixed everything in a jiffy. He even cleaned up after himself. I hope I don't have any more plumbing problems but if I do, I'll call Rich.

Middle Tennessee Plumbing was great. They didn't leave a big mess and were very prompt everyday. I would definitely hire these guys again.

Mr. Rooter employees are very neat, respectful and trustworthy. I felt they handled my conversion in an excellent matter. I am very happy.

I would refer Mr. Rooter to others. He was honest and straight forward. He was clean and cleaned up after himself.

The tech was nice and apologized that he could not give me a better time frame. I have hired him two times now. The time frame was not good, I had expected a call before arrival, but they couldn't do that while I ran errands. He was very clean and nice.

We called thinking we needed to replace our water heater. He figured out that the problem was minor and fixed it in about 30 minutes. He is a very nice person to work with.
