Several homes in my neighborhood had experienced storm damage over the past few months, so I had Mid-Tenn Exteriors come out and survey my roof for damage.
I worked very closely with Jason Richards. He did an awesome job, from start to finish. He worked very closely with my insurance company and was able to get the roof completely replaced. The roof replacement took about two days. During that time, Mr. Richards personally inspected the work several times during the installation to make sure everything was going as scheduled.
The guys who replaced the roof were extremely careful with the installation. They covered all the shrubbery to protect the landscape. They even took pictures of the placement of the patio furniture before they moved it, to make sure when they put it back in was all it the right place! These are the types of details that I pay attention to, and are important to me. When finished, they the property looked just as it did before they arrived.
In addition, I would personally recommend, if possible you work with Mr. Richards. He is a true professional. He was responsive to all my questions and was always focused on good customer service. He even came out a few days after the roof was installed to do another inspection to make sure that nothing had been overlooked. The quaility of the work was outstanding.
If you have experienced strong storms passing through you neighborhood or if it's just time for a new roof, I would highly recommend you choose Mid-Tenn Exteriors as your roofing contractor. In my particular situation, I could not see the damage to the roof from the ground, so I am very gratetful for the free inspection.

Contractor started work at 06:30am and the roof was finished by 6:00pm.
The new roof looks great. We went with an upgraded shingle and the contractor installed metal valleys.
The workers were very efficient and cleaned up the entire site after performing the work.
The supervisor Jason Richards was personally on-site multiple times (on a Saturday) to check the work.
We are very satisfied with this company and the quality of the work.
