Mid-10 concrete

This company did a job in the rain instead of waiting for the next day. My stamping was extremely crooked, the steps were not even and were different heights, the seal was not done correctly and they refused to fix their error. Now, we are getting bubbling as well. The cutting was also done crooked and the whole job was lazy. What should have been a beautiful project was money wasted and will need to be completely redone in a couple of years. After immediately pointing issues out, they refused to redo their work and continued to "fix" it which did nothing. I'd never use them again.

I called and scheduled an estimate 1 week in advance. After taking off work for the scheduled appointment, they never even called or showed up. When I called, they had no record of scheduling me even though I have the text messages confirming the appointment.

Originally quoted for a 12x16 patio expansion, roughly 12 dollars a sq foot very reasonable. I did end up changing my job to a 13x8 swim spa pad. When asked I was told it would be less than my original quote. I was charged the same. That turned in to 22 dollars a square foot. I have a job in the spring for 10-15k but will hire elsewhere. I feel that I was taken advantage of and learned an expensive lesson for sure.

Was quoted 2 days at $5000. Work changed at my request witch added a third day. I paid for all supplies (concrete and caulk) on top of the $5000. The job took three days. I was charged $12000. When I asked what I was charged per hour I was screamed at "We don't charge by the hour we charge per job." Very poor at quoting jobs and worse at customer service.

It was very good. I was very pleased with them, I liked their attitudes, all their work was very good and they were all great people.

It was amazing. They were very respectful, very easy to work with, good communication, they listened to all my suggestions and they were very nice to work with.

They did a good job. They will come back on Monday to finish the cleaning up. They had a pretty good pricing. They were young, nice, and good guys. They were more that a professional.
