Everything turned out great; looks beautiful. It took a couple of weeks longer than expected to get the granite counter top, but that was the only issue and we are very happy with the bathroom. Everyone was courteous and did excellent work.

It went quickly. One was messed up but they dropped shipped another. There was one scheduling conflict but everything went well.

The price was very reasonable. They were the best price. I had several people come close. I probably had six or seven different people come out and look at refacing. Home Depot was like $15,000 almost double. Their staffs that worked with us on the cabinet and the seat that sort of thing were excellent.

I got a variety of estimates to install new kitchen counters, weighing the differences between granite and quartz. I called Lowes to schedule an appointment and was in to see Tina that same afternoon. Tina was very helpful and knowledgeable. She said to bring in the measurements as well as a cabinet door or drawer for visual comparison to help select the right color. We went over the types that were currently on sale as well as others of interest. Tina answered all my questions about the sealing process and differences between quartz and granite. She ran numbers for the type we liked that was on sale, as well as some others we were interested in that were in different price groups so we could see the overall difference. She also itemized the other details that we may or may not expect to see in the final invoice. Price was extremely comparable, although we ended up going with a different local company. I would not have had any concerns if we had gone with Lowes.

We had Pella Double Hunt Replacement Windows installed by Lowe's. They spent 1 day installing the windows and an additional day trimming them. They did a wonderful job. The windows look beautiful. They cleaned everything up before they left and carried our old windows away. I am very happy we chose Lowe's to install our windows. They come with a good warranty also. If you're looking for a good window and great installers, I would use Lowe's.

I get very good service from Lowes. I was very, very pleased with them. Something always goes wrong, but they are on it. Their customer service is excellent. They are very good with scheduling.

Everything went well. They came out. They were very prompt and efficient. We were getting blinds, and they measured our blinds, gave us some quote, and followed up. We told them that we were no using their services. We spend $35 for the evaluation.

I wanted to get some countertops, so I went out to Lowe's about three years ago and I do know they had cheaper countertops and this girl quoted me for $69 per square feet and I did not get it. I have an account with Lowe's and I was very upset. I have been trying to look around and I may go to Home Depot, they have cheaper countertops for the kitchen. I was very upset with Lowe's on that deal. Last time, I used Lowe's to put a deck on my back porch. I have been so busy I have not been able to write to the company and file a complaint with Lowe's, because after the company finished with my deck last year I had a lot of supplies left over and I called Lowe's and they came out and picked the supplies up and claimed that I would get a credit. I have called all the last year both to sales and dozens of people and they kept saying we will get back with you and I still did not get a refund on all the supplies that I returned back to Lowe's. So, I am just thinking that I got to put a lot of stuff on hold I am doing right now and tackle this with Lowe's.

Purchased lighting and plumbing fixtures and some miscellaneous appliances. Good products at fair pricing. Returns were super simple with the My Lowe's card. Always found personnel to help me with plumbing or electrical questions.

Their pricing are reasonable. It's usually pretty easy to check out there and I like their hours. They have long hours and they're open on Sundays as well. We didn't get really good advice on a particular product that was very costly at one point. They're not really in tune with what the customer thinks they need.

They started on Aug. 24th and the foreman was very good but mostly did the outside wrapping of the windows. the inside was done well but the shades were removed and never put back up and I never found the hardware. Kitchen window did not look right and it was weeks before I was told why raw wood was nailed to the edges as a stop. I will have to stain it myself as well as the non- Pella octagonal The foreman came back on Saturday to finish up but ran out of material. Pella no longer made an octagonal window so another company's window was used and the window was not a Pella color so I had to paint it myself. During the next month I had to call several times to get them to finish and they sent someone out to wrap the last window and install the octagonal widow. This part was done well but I again I will have to stain the window trim myself. After spending that much money I expected better service from Lowes. They said they had their own installers but they were not at Lowes and voicemail was another company. The first foreman that wrapped the first windows did a great job .The rest of the experience was not so great.

I like Lowes. They are very good. They people that they contracted out on this job were very professional, very prompt. They did back splash wrong - it was too short and they immediately recognized that. They got it remeasured and add the right one in, in just a matter of a day, at no extra cost. The plumber was good. The installers were very nice. Lowes are cheaper on their installation and labor than Home Depot. And their price on the material were also cheaper.

It all went great, Kerry George ( the installer) did an excellent job installing all the cabinets. It took about 3 days to get it done. I was really worried about there being a mess with all the drilling and putting the cabinets in. Kerry was fantastic! he vacuumed and cleaned everything up as he installed. And after they were all in, it was amazing, this guy did it all by himself. If having anything install from Lowe's highly recommend him!!

They came out and measured and then installed the window lines. That was really good. They were contractors who said that people were using Lowes and I investigated and found that they installed them all for one price. They cleaned up the dirt once they finished the job. They are really good. Victor is the guy who came out and did the job. I would use them again in the future.

I found it to be sub-par working with them. There was a lot of difficulty with follow-thru.

I have also purchased yard supplies here. They are very helpful and reliable. They also follow up with me after having an appointment.

I didn't care for their service department in the store, but I was very happy with the installer they sent to our home. The installer did a great job, and it looks nice.

They were very professional. They were prompt. They picked everything up when they left. They even took my old carpet out for me. Furniture was replaced back where it belonged.
