Description of Work: Moved household goods from one location to another approximately 50 miles. Equipment appeared to be late model and well maintained. Arrived on time and immediately went to work to load household goods. Care was taken to protect furnishings and workers were helpful to place furnishings in final location in new home. Minor scuffs occurred on a few pieces but this is to be expected when moving an entire household of furniture. Staff very polite and strived to provide excellent customer service. Would use again without hesitation. Plus they work seven days a week which fit our schedule perfectly.

Description of Work: They arrive and all introduce themselves. The Lead goes over all the details, round with u from room to room, an goes over the price. If there are any things they see or happen they document it and u sign. Then they review all rooms with u again when done packing to make sure they got it all. If they have any questions they ask instead of just assuming. I had 3 locations of where items were to be delivered and there was a misunderstanding about some boxes but other than that they were great. I have to move again and will use then again. Very professional.

Description of Work: They unloaded a 26' Penske truck that I used moving from Shalimar FL to Murfreesboro, TN. Even though it rained off and on during the unloading, they did the best that they could possible do to keep the furniture dry and place it where I instructed. They unloaded the truck faster and safer than anyone that I have used in the past. |

Description of Work: They moved, stored some pieces then moved some pieces to upholsterer, moved household goods. The only complaint was that they forgot to bring the stored pieces when they moved me, then charged to go back and get them on top of agreed upon storage charges.
