+ -1 moreThis was a project which had gone very badly in my daughter's lovely new home. I offered to hire a professional paper hanger as a gift, and hired Misty Lyndsey after checking some references. Being new to Tennessee, I don't know anyone. I got several names from two wallpaper vendors, and and that's how I found her. She also does all of the wallpapering for Beezer Homes' models, by the way. She worked quickly, was delightful company while she was there (I was on site while she was working), and transformed an enormous disappointment into a really stunning powder room! You would think the paper was hung before the sink and toilet were installed, that's how perfect it looks around the pipes, etc. Wow!
Description of Work: Misty hung wallpaper in a powder room. It was a challenging project due to both the shape of the room and the rather faint, busy wallpaper pattern which was more difficult to match, strip by strip, than most. She arrived at the designated time, did a beautiful job, and left everything looking immaculate. Her fee is $40 per double roll. She gave me an estimate of $200, but charged me less when it turned out that less paper was necessary than we had thought. I would recommend her highly!
