Description of Work: Our tile started losing its grout and cracking less than a year after install. When they came back to fix it, they spot fixed it and the same thing started happening again in less than 6 months. | |The house we purchased was "fixed" by Key Construction after it was totaled by a tornado. They paid for the land, put the house back together as quickly and cheaply as they could and we're just trying to live with it. | |I wouldn't let Key Construction or anyone they contract with build my dog a house or renovate my mailbox.

 + -1 moreThere was a group of about eight men that they sent out yesterday to do the work for me. They were very efficient. They got here on time about 7 a.m. and they were finished by 12:30 p.m. They cleaned up very well from what I can see. I did notice they took a metal detector/magnet around the yard to find any nails. As of now, I am satisfied and will update if need be once it rains.
Description of Work: They replaced my roof.
