JDC Pest Control

We gave JDC a call about some ant infestations in our home, coming from my son's own outlet in his bedroom. JDC has never let us down since we have always known them to be very dependable and prompt, the prices cannot be beat for the very best pest needs. We never use anyone but JDC. The owner Carlus himself even came out and did the job and got rid of our Ants , we saw positive results within days and are very thankful for the professionalism he and the others offer. I decided to have pest control done around the exterior of my home. I thought I'd give the Company, JDC Pest Control a call. I spoke with Carlos, the owner of the business. He was friendly, professional and agreeable to giving me a Senior Citizen Discount. He offered several methos of payment and pricing for future calls.The appointment time was set for the following day. The serviceman arrived on time and explained the entire proceedure. He was thorough and very pleasant. I am quite satisfied with the service I received and the professionalism of JDC. I will definitely be calling them for all my future needs.

I made two appointments with this company. The first one was at 5:30 p.m., so I left work early to make sure I wasn't late because of traffic, but he didn't show up nor did he call. I called the next day and asked what happened. He apologized and asked if he could come Saturday at 11, I said sure. Didn't show nor call again. I understand things happen and sometimes they can't make appointments, but the least they could do would call and tell the client. Needless to say, they won't get a third chance.
