Hooper Fence

Hooper installed a vinyl fence for me about 6 years ago. Pretty pricey job, was around $14,000. They did a good job on the install. But a gate has broke from general wear and tear and the fence is faded even though it’s warrantied not to. I also want to refence part of the backyard. I let them know I expected to pay for all this aside from warranty support we could get from the manufacturer. It took two weeks and me complaining to even get an initial call back. They finally did come out to look. Took another 2 weeks and me chasing them to get a response. I understand they’re at the mercy of the manufacturer for warranty support - but they came back with the message that there was nothing they could do to help repair a gate and they gave me the number of the fence manufacturer. I would not recommend Hooper to anyone at this point - again good install, but that doesn’t mean much if you get no support when you need it, especially after spending an arm and a leg..

good. They made a mistake on where it was to be but quickly corrected it.

They're excellent. They showed up when they said they're going to, they did a fantastic job and when they left, they cleaned up their mess. It was perfect. I would definitely tell to use them.

I am very happy with our new gate. Hooper Fence came out promptly and finished the work in a reasonable period of time for the agreed upon amount.

Excellent service and the fencing is durable and looks fantastic!
