Had a toilet leaking at what we thought was the seal. Rather than testing, he took my diagnosis and replaced the seal. That didn't work so he had to come back out. Turned out to be the hoses and tank seal.

We have been extremely happy with them. We have a service contract on all the heating, air and plumbing. They do an annual maintenance check up on everything to make sure that it is working. They just did $200 worth of work for free. They unclogged a drain for us. They have always been extremely friendly. They are very good on pricing. They also replaced a water heater for us about 2 years ago. After replacing our water heater, we have used them consistently.

I had a leaking faucet outside that was leaking at a worrisome rate. I called my regular plumber, who said he couldn't get to it for a week and a half. I considered waiting, but that drip got on my last nerve,so I decided to check Angie's List and found Hillard's. I called and Mona answered and took my info, She said that her guys could be at my house the next day. I actually called her the next morning, afraid that I'd missed her call as to when they would arrive, She called back and said her guys would be at my house with in an hour and a half. Aaron and Chris arrived, looked at the faucet, explained what was needed to repair it, stated a very reasonable price and replaced the faucet AND added a foam that hardened around the base to make it more visibly appealing, because the bricks around the original faucet had crumbled and there was a small gap. I will definitely call them again.

We have an older home that was not taken care of for many year, so now many small things are breaking down and having to be replaced. They were quick and efficient. Only very minor issue is that they were so busy we had to wait until the next day before they could come out. Normally they come out the same day.
