 + -1 moreMy plumber accidentally broke a piece trying to re-ignite the pilot light on my old HVAC after he installed a water heater. We had no heat and Mitch came out right away even though it was a Friday afternoon when we called and bypassed something so we would not be without heat all weekend. The unit was so old that we decided to replace it. Mitch and Mike did a great job---they put it on a new base and even built a cover for lines that were already up against the house because my husband did not like how they looked. It looks great and works great. They also installed an electric line for our pool light and filter previously. Again, their work was exceptional. My son was buying a house that had some electrical issues. Mike came out and inspected and did not even charge him. They are a second generation family business---actually third with Mike's son. It's rare these days to see people who are competent professionals and just really nice guys as a bonus.

Description of Work: I cannot say enough about how WONDERFUL Mitch Frazier and everyone at Frazier Electric is. I have used Mitch many times over the past few years for both electrical and HVAC work. He is responsive, curteous, punctual and ALWAYS more than fair in his prices. He is the MOST HONEST contractor I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and he is the ONLY company I would ever use for electrical or HVAC work. He even came out to inspect someone else's work that was performed for me under a homeowners' warranty ... who does that! Frazier Electric has performed numerous service calls for me and also installed a second HVAC unit at my previous home. In every instance, Mitch has been great about telling me ONLY the required items I needed to address ... he NEVER oversells any products or services. I never worry about getting an up-front quote with Frazier because I know without a doubt that I won't be overcharged or billed for something I didn't really ask for or need. I know I sound like a paid spokesman but I'm just an extremely happy customer and Frazier Electric is honestly the best HVAC company around! This is not a review from a one-time visit but several years' worth of experience using this company!
