Description of Work: This company includes Smyrna in their service area (they are from Murfreesboro). After I requested a quote, I was told since we were not close to them and since it was a small job, they would have to charge us more to make it worth their while. If you consider Smyrna too far, don't include it on a list of where you do service. Thanks for being upfront about charging more, but really? Went with an alternative company and was very satisfied with our choice.

+ 0 moreA perfect job, as always. Everything was to my satisfaction, and I am very picky about lawn work. 2014 was the last time I used them, but only because my travel schedule and overtime decreased giving me more time to do it myself.

+ 1 moreOverall my experience has been positive. Everyone I've met has been professional and true to his word. The two major dings against this company are a "C" for punctuality and an "F" for responsiveness. Both of those dings are not against the actual work crew, but more against ownership/management. I have yet to call my contact and get a call back without first having to make two or three follow-up calls over a period of several days. To counteract that unresponsive nature, I started asking when I could expect to hear back from him or receive an estimate or design sketch? Those expectations are missed 100% of the time, so I follow up and keep pushing them to be responsive. The balance is still in their favor, but just know that you have to be the one to follow up, set reminders on your calendar, etc, to get new projects or phases of a project under way.
Description of Work: Services performed: cut grass and remove clippings and yard debris, remove weeds from mulch beds, open and close irrigation system seasonally, aerate, fertilize, and over-seed with winter rye. I signed a one-year contract for these services.

I would never consider using anyone else. They've made me a customer for life and their crew is the best around. They are always on time and do a fantastic job. Kudos to Elite Lawn and Landscape.
Description of Work: Have been using Elite Lawn and Landscape for over a year now and they finally convinced me to go on the yearly maintenance plan, and I am so glad I did. Working full time and traveling, I didn't have the time to spend in my yard, like I wanted. Now, I never have to worry about getting things done in the yard, such as trimming hedges, pulling weeds, mulching the beds, etc. They do it all. Now, I am able to sit back and enjoy my yard and the weekends. They have made my life so much easier.
