Eagle Reclaimed Lumber

I contacted this company in February about seeing if they would be interested in reclaiming wood from our home. I sent pictures as requested and they responded that they would be interested in coming out to see it. A month passed with no further response, so I contacted them again about coming out to see the house. After a couple of emails, I was told he could come out that next Saturday. Trying to set up a definate time, since I had to drive over an hour to get to this location,I tried contacting him again by sending 2 additional emails and leaving 4 messages with different people at the business. He never called, emailed or showed up. That was very disappointing since we had to make arrangements to go and then drive 1 1/2 hours to get to the location. I understand if an emergency came up, but seeing that one of my calls was the morning of the appointment to have him call me to let me know something and still no response; that I do not understand. We were looking forward to speaking with him about the job so we were greatly disappointed when he never contacted us. When asked above if I would use this provider again in the future, i don't know how to answer that since he never showed up for the first appointment. I would be glad to change and correct this review if I get a call with an explanation. Well it is now Thursday after the missed appointment. He still hasn't called or emailed to acknowledge that he missed our appointment this past Saturday. that is very disappointing.
