Duffs Custom Window Treatments Inc

This man was extremely unprofessional and very pompous. I have no clue how anyone would put up with this mans attitude. He read into all my statements and questions and lectured me constantly like I was a child. I had called to get a quote and left a message saying that I was eager and ready to go on getting a quote and buying from him. All I meant was that i am not kicking tires and am a very serious client. He calls me back and before I can say anything he gives me this big lecture on how he does not work on anybody's time frame and how he runs the show, blah, blah blah... just more nonsense and diatribe than you could imagine. Any way we made an appointment which he later called back to cancel and asked to re scheduled 3 days later and giving me this excuse about his truck and or trailer breaking down. Three days later for the rescheduled appointment he calls me right at the appointment time and says he will be one hour late with no sorry or anything. An hour later he was still a total no show!!! It is Friday night and I want to go shopping and stuff so I call him to find out when he is actually coming now that he is more than an hour late for the appointment and is still not here after telling me he would be an hour late and he again lectures me about how all his appointments are like get this... " Dentist appointments " and that I should not expect him to be there at the appointment time, even an hour or more past the appointment time! I could not take this abuse any more and I gave up on this bozo. I truly needed a service of window coverings and wasted a four days on this guy. I was all ready to pay good money for his services and he acts like he is the only blind installer in Nashville and treats people like dirt. He cancelled the first appointment with excuses and totally flaked on the second appointment, made me wait, was over an hour late for the second and totally wasted my time in the end. AVOID THIS MAN and his customer last attitude.
