The original meeting went great but then he never gave me a quote- he said he would email me one and texted me after he was getting to it- but then I never heard from him again.

He is very friendly and wants and tries to be helpful. Does not show up at the time he says. He said he could do the job in 5 days (did not count ceilings so had to add 2 days. I did not know that meant not 5-7 days in a row. It is hard to get a days work in when one doesn't show up until 11-12:00, leave at 4-5:00 and take lunch in between. Also when your customers/clients are not a priority there is numerous things that take you from and keep you from doing the job. Disastrous and upsetting to say the least. A bit more than half through the job I had to let him go. He got paint on new carpet in 2 rms, paint on 2 cellular window shades, paint on ceramic cook top stove, paint on media center, and couch...all are new and is beyond me, how he did..I covered the couch, stove and media center with plastic that draped with extra on the floor so nothing was exposed sure that this would not happen, all over kitchen floor and pantry floor....and more. He claims he made no money...with what I mentioned along with drywall work that has to be done over, wall skimming for smoothing that he didn't do but painted over I have to have done and repainted. His paint lines are not clean...straight. Wall paint on ceiling and trim. And more... My feelings...I am ill that I paid someone to come into my house and do what's been done. This is truly extreme. What some people fail to realize is that if 90% of a job that is done well and 10% is messed up or there's a mistake...the that ten percent is what is going to be told to others. This was extreme though.

Mark was very knowledgeable and friendly. The door handle and cabinet trim repair went very well and quick, however, the ceiling repair and paint not so good. Besides the fact that the final repair and paint result was fair, the main problem was the time it took to repair and paint a food pantry ceiling. Mark was only able to cover 3 small items on my bucket list. He arrived 3-4 hrs late both days. I took off two full days of work with the understanding that he could complete everything in two days. It also didn't help that he lived 30 mins away and had other "emergency" commitments. If you live in the Murfreesboro area, have a short bucket list and a flexible schedule to accommodate "emergencies," then Mark is your guy.

We had Mark come out and do a few random items and installations at a property. He did an excellent job, was punctual, and VERY reasonably priced. Professional work. Tonight we had a leaking faucet that needed addressed at a property. I called him first but didn't expect him to be available as it is a Saturday night. He was at the house within the hour and fixed it right up- no problem. HIGHLY recommend Mark. He is now our go-to for anything that he can do for us!

We had mark do a long list of different repairs and installations in getting a home ready to go on the market.you tell him what you want, he writes it down and it gets done. Everything was professionally done and it was obvious he Was really well organized and charged much less than I expected for everything he did in addition to using some of his own paint and parts he happened to have so I wouldn't have to buy it. A total professional. He's the first call when I need work done in and around the house

Mark is truly a talented tradesman. The exterior shutters that he installed were made of "wood composite," weighing 8 to 10 pounds each. He was very meticulous in locating and marking off where to mount the shutters. One pair of shutters was for a Bonus Room window over the garage. The window is about 17 feet above the driveway. The mounting brackets that came with the shutters were made of "polycarbonate" type of plastic. Mark took thin angle iron and fabricated new mounting brackets; painted the brackets with the exact matching color of the window shutters. The window shutters look perfect. My wife and I could not have expected a better installation. The roof trim, gutters and downspouts were severely stained.We never thought any of it would ever be brought back to the original color. Mark and his son really worked magic in cleaning all the trim and gutters. We would definitely hire Mark again.

Mark is a conscientious worker. He does not need a great deal of supervision. He is very precise. He is wonderful to have around your home and will get the job done well.

Mark has done an outstanding job. The old 1920's windows almost look new. They are glazed to perfection and almost look like replacements.

Mark is great to have on my property. He is precise in his work and does and excellent job. Works hourly and has great skills. My deck is beyond amazing.
