He was supposed to come and see the tree and possibly some landscaping that we might want to have done. He was going to try to come by on a Saturday but he didn't come by. Then he was supposed to come on another day and he didn't come. He was nice enough but it sounded like he had a lot going on. They are a local company. He was very pleasant over the phone.
Description of Work: I contacted Cook's Tree over the phone for tree service and landscaping.

Job went wonderfully! They showed up the night before, told me how much it would cost, how they would do it and how long it would take. They actually showed up about 30 minutes early. One man climbed the tree while another man cut up the limbs as they fell. They carried all the brush to the back of my yard and cut the rest of the tree up for firewood.
Description of Work: Approx an 80 foot tall maple tree had to be removed due to root systems interfering with my septic tank. The tree was about 2 foot behind my propane tank and about 5 feet from my house and about 6 feet beside my chain link fence.
