Michael was always prompt and came when he said he would be there. I worked with Michael to remodel my mother's kitchen. My mother is older and Michael kept her comfort in mind as we worked together to minimize the typical dust and inconvenience that comes with a remodel. The interruption was minimal and his workers were great. Michael was pleasant to work with and the finished product was awesome!

Celtic provided several contacts for granite distributors. After picking favorites for the material at the warehouses, Rachelle sent us back the price per sq ft for each slab. We revisited the distributor on a Friday and decided on the slab. Michael came on the following Monday to make the template himself and help talk through any extensions in size that would make the area more usable yet ensure there was enough clearance to the side. Celtic worked directly with the distributor to retrieve the material, section, polish, etc. for installation on Friday of that same week. We were provided our choice of 50/50, 60/40, 40/60, or full single bowl stainless steel sink. Although they offered disconnection and take-away of the current countertops for an additional charge, we were able to do this ourselves and save a little money. The guys who showed up for installation were prompt and very polite and professional. Installation was quick. I was given the invoice w/ remaining balance and told to take away $150 because they decided the internal steel corbells were not necessary (although they would not have been sure until the time of installation). They did not offer reconnection of plumbing, so we ended up buying a new disposal and reconnecting everything ourselves. The only bump was that we did have a miscommunication in choosing the layout of the cut. The slab we chose had a lot of variability and movement, and we were drawn to a certain part that we wanted to make sure was used as much as possible. So although we asked to see the proposed layout before it was cut, we were instead sent a picture for approval of the pieces after they were cut. Rachelle and Michael were very apologetic of the miscommunication and offered to prepare a lazy susan or cutting board using a remnant of the piece we liked so much for no added charge. The countertops look beautiful, and we are very happy with the end result.

Very pleased with service and finished product. Easy to communicate with them and responsiveness was excellent. They told me in the outset they were booked up a few weeks out but they put me on their schedule and did the work as promised on the day promised. Highly recommend these guys.
