Outstanding job completed on time and at a great price.

Our experience with them has gone very well. They still haven't completed the job, because they got two boxes of flooring that were mailed incorrectly and they refused to use them, because they said the floors wouldn't be good. So we're waiting to get in new boxes, and it's taking forever. That's not the company's fault. They could have even used the substandard flooring they got, and we wouldn't have known. It was too narrow, so they had very valid reasons for not finishing the job yet. I've never seen better workers, harder workers or cleaner workers. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. They showed up at 7:00 a.m., and they worked straight through, to 4:00 in the afternoon. They were wonderful to have in my home. They care about quality. We're a little frustrated that it's not done, but it's certainly not with them.

Good sales and selection of carpet, with prompt response to arrange delivery and installation to met our needed date. The installation went poorly with inexperienced installer sent for the job and the results were misalignment and poor/frayed end cuts. Sales team quickly responded with reorder and scheduled reinstallation. Second installation went well but the experienced installer came with an attitude that was less than customer friendly. In the end, we have a nice stair runner, but the experience was less than what I expected from this established local company and when paying first class price.

It went well. The company worked with us in every way possible to make sure that we were satisfied with the work.

I love the floor but ended up having a few issues with it months after installation. The company did stand by their product and correct any issues, which were minor. The installer, Jim, was great and was more than willing to make the floor right. Where the company is lacking is in their sales department as the person I worked with was a true chore to get a hold off and drug out getting the issues handled over the course of a few months due to unreturned phone calls. I would leave 2 to 3+ messages before I got any response on several ocassions. This is why I scored the company so low on responsiveness. Other than that, I did appreciate they were willing to make the product right, it just shouldn't have been such a chore on my part to see that it got done! The reason I would be willing to use them again was due to their great installer and that they stood by their product.
