If you need Mold Remediation... DO NOT USE - Best Options Restoration SE Nashville You will be tricked - their sales pitch is great, but their follow through, communication & work is TERRIBLE. 1. You will NOT be a priority - They will run several jobs at once extending the amount time it takes to complete your job & inconvenience your life. - Plus they do not tell you the plan to complete your job, you are at their mercy & poor scheduling. 2. Poor Quality Work - They missed 4 areas of mold & didn't treat them. Rather than just remediate them, they wanted to argue about 3rd party swab testing the areas to verify mold, adding additional time & cost to the project. 3. They do a terrible job providing containment to prevent cross contamination. - They didn't seal the A/C vents to prevent it from going elsewhere in the house. - The plastic they hung was not hung properly, and their construction material went everywhere. 4. Overcharge - They will inflate the square footage of the project to make more money or they will conveniently forget what is on the quote & will double charge you. Dealing with mold is stressful enough, so why work with a company that is going to make it harder & more stressful?
Description of Work: Interior mold remediation in multiple areas. Remove/replace sub-flooring, interior drywall & insulation, and treat. Project scope was not completed.
