He did not want to show us more than three homes and did so under protest. When I complained and told him we were going to find another realtor he sat back with a smile and said the papers he had us sign stated that if were went with another agent we owed him $1,000.00! He was a buyers agent but was acting more like the sellers agent, making deals with the seller without consulting with us first. Wanting us to allow the seller to remain in the house for several days after closing for free! I told him that upon closing the house was ours and if she remained in the house after closing she would owe us the mortgage amount divided by 30 for each day she remained in the home Our first impression of him was good until you wanted more than he was willing to give!! We finally bought a home that we are OK with but not one that we were thrilled with. This guys name is TIM BOYCE! Our realtor from Texas called and asked how things were going and she could not believe it. She called and talked to him and called me back a week later to see if things had changed and we told her NO. She called and talked to his boss and still Nothing!! My advise? RUN, Don't Walk, away from this company!!!
