Description of Work: They repaired a poorly-installed HVAC system in one of our rental units. Their bid was lower than the other bids we received. We had them do our own home last August and it has been working flawlessly. This is a family-owned business with 2 employees. They don't try to sell you cheap contractor-grade systems unless you ask; they like to install quality units.

My wife is sick and can't stay in heat. Person came out put freon in unit that he should have told us to replace. He then told us he could fix the unit for $2000 and replace it for about $4800. When we got 2nd and 3rd looks we were told between $700 to $800 to fix and $2000 to replace. Never use this company.

They were told up front that system had large leaks, but insisted we add Freon because she was sick and had to have some air. Also no company could have changed system for $2000.00.. They had a friend who worked at a car lot and that's where they were going to get some friend to repair their unit, plus he had no experience in this field.. Customer wanted something for nothing...Never a complaint in 28 years but theses folks...
