Here's what happened: My desktop computer developed a virus about three months ago. I called Azzo to describe the problem and ask if they thought they could fix it. I couldn't get through to anyone. I left a message on there machine asking them to return my call. A day or two later, after having heard nothing back from them, I again called and again got an answering machine and again left all the details of my problem and told them I was unable to use my computer at all until this virus was wiped off. PLEASE CALL ME. I know I didn't leave messages on some misdialed phone because their answering machine identifies them and invites a message to be left. There was no indication there was any malfunction of their machine. Still, no call. I called again the next day and the next day, never able to get a live person to answer, but always leaving a message on their answering machine. I explained that I had been a customer of theirs for years. I had bought a desktop, a hard drive, and most recently, a laptop from them. I never did get a call back. I gave up and took my computer to another computer repair place who fixed it in a day. Eventually, I was passing by Azzo (on NW Broad) and stopped in and told them how disappointed I was in them that I never got a call back despite repeated pleas. The only person in the shop, not the owner, but his number one repair person, apologized and acted like he couldn't understand how they could have missed all those calls. He offered to give me a free service "next time." Read my next report to see how that went (just as badly; worse actually).

I had really messed up my computer trying to get rid of a virus and just general clean up of the machine-what a mistake that was on my part. Found Azzo on Angie's list. I called them since they were insured and bonded. I worked with Dustin, who by the way was great. Took my computer in and had it back in a couple of days. I was still having a few issues so Dustin came out on a Friday night and fixed the issue but by Monday there were still a few other issues. Took my computer back in, Dustin backed everything up and clear out everything then delivered my computer back to me on Sat. Dustin also reinstalled all my disks and put everything back in as it was before I messed it up. Now my computer works like a charm, I highly recommend them for all your computer needs

I think they were on Angie's List. I couldn't get the data to pull up so that I could transfer the information to disk. They were successful in getting it to pull up. They were successful in getting it to come off from there. I was pleased with the service. They were very pleasant to deal with. He told me how much it would cost up front. That was what I was charged at the end. I'll definitely use them again. I had no problems. The price was comparable to other prices. I didn't have much information on there. I didn't want to lose that. They were at or a little bit lower than other price quotes. Quality was fine. I would use them in the future.

Great shop, Repsonded pretty quickly. Did say they would get back to me, then it took an extra day or two, however, all problems fixed on computer and data saved!

Our laptop crashed. We wanted to find a reliable local shop to take it to, so we joined Angie's list to find one. That's how we found Azzo Computers. We dropped the laptop off and they told us they would run a diagnostic and call us to let us know what the problem was, give us an estimate, and see if we wanted to repair it. They called us a day or two after we dropped it, as promised. They found that the hard drive had gone bad and needed to be replaced and would cost about $270, including the diagnostic and reloading the operating system. This seemed reasonable and the laptop costed around $1100 new, so we decided to fix it. It was ready a couple days later, as promised, and we were charged exactly the amount we had been quoted. There were no surprises with the price, the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time, and I have had no problems since we got it back. I would definitely recommend Azzo Computers and would use them again.

Azzo's is on the ball. Everything went well; they knew immediately what the problem was and ordered the part. They then promptly called us back to bring it in. They do quality work and it is done efficiently.
