They were absolutely excellent. She and her son are the most professional. They quoted her homes from all over til she found just what she wanted. They were honest and dependable. Another real estate agent told my daughter that she had to have a written pre-approval before she was allowed to show her any homes because she didn't want to waste her time or gas. My daughter had saved the money for a sizable down payment and is in real good financial shape. Ann Hoke & Associates made recommendations regarding what they would do with flooring, found a home inspector and checked out air conditioning. They did all the things to look out for my daughter. They helped her with financing. I would use them again, definitely. I don't have any complaints. They were the most professional people we've encountered in a long time.
