Anderson Pools

They were punctual. He told me that the lights were not run to the controls. But I had another company show that they did. They told me they run off the post lights when they weren't connected to those lights at all. I was told that the lights were tripping the breaker, and that was related to a damaged power light that was not fixed. He said the booster pump needed work because it was leaking. But it wasn't leaking. The inspector does not know what type the main drain was. The second inspection was done; he had no idea what he was talking about. The second inspection showed the lights didn't work because they had water in them. The first person told me that the problem was an electrical problem; but yet he didn't know where the electrical was. The first person said the skimmers need to be replaced. The second person said, "Why would we do that? They look fine." The initial report was not emailed to me but was sent to my realtor. Nothing was ever done. Nothing was ever copied to me. However, it appears that nobody went back out like they said the would, and the only price he wants my initial for was $85 an hour, but didn't tell me how many hours they needed. The second visit was needed, but yet nobody had any plans to come back out. They gave me like a 50% refund. The point of an inspection is to tell you what you need done.

After 3 trips to my home and they still had not vacummed my pool as requested I was done with them. I received my bill last week in the mail and as it states report any discrepancy immediately. I was treated badly when I did report the discrepancy. My bill was double what it should have been because the service people claimed they did clean the pool. I have reported them to the BBB and won't stop until the owner knows how poorly his business is ran

Designed a roman style pool from our pictures and sketches. Pool is not only unique, but a showcase to our home. Pool is salt water and is self-leveling and self-cleaning. It includes bubblers on the steps and fountains on the sides and LED lighting, all controlled from a hand-held PDA. Every inspector and contractor that came to our home said there is no other company with Anderson Pool's quality. We already knew that as they installed our last pool 18 years ago and it looks the same today.. They use the highest quality commercial equipment which may cost a little more, but will save money overall as you use your pool. We have used them in the past and would definitely use them again and advise others too as well. Ken Frizzell
