They were quick to return my initial phone call and sent a technician out right away. I found every member of the staff I spoke with to be professional and knowledgeable. The technician who did the initial inspection was prompt and through, taking the time needed to inspect a tight crawl basement and look at what my tenant thought might be signs of termite activity in the house (thankfully, it wasn't). The follow-up treatment appointment was kept; they were on time and did the work promised.

All of the people I had contact with were very professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They even called me when the pest control man was going to be just a few minutes late so I didn't have to wonder if they were ever going to show up. I felt very comfortable talking to all of the people I had contact with and the inspector gave me his cell phone number if I had further questions, which I did and he called me back in a timely manner. This company was recommended to me from a friend. I have confidence that my pest situation is under control and if I have any problems they will work with me to resolve them.

I found evidence for termites in the garage and checked Angie's List to find an exterminator. Found good reviews for Ameri Care Services so I gave them a call. They initially came out an did an inspection which determined the extent of the termites. They outlined all of my options and explained everything and answered all my questions and gave me a quote which I felt was reasonable. We then scheduled a time for the termite treatment. They showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do. It's been over 5 months and no termites. They are a local company and I would definitely use them again.

My contract also included an initial treatment plus the treatments in between. They also do termite inspections for me. I am very pleased with them and they always take care of the problem I am having.

Showed up early, asked if there were any pests in particular, we had a spider problem, sprayed inside and outside pretty thoroughly. We haven't had any problems.

Steve was on time and did a great job. He answered all my questions, assessed my problem, and quickly went to work. The people there are also very eager to honor their guarantee. I saw a few crickets and spiders in the last week before my guarantee expired, called on the 29th day, and they set up a time to come back out.
