+ -1 moreJim and Mike are fantastic. We bought a 90 year-old wreck in East Nashville. It had some significant structural problems. We had to jack up the floors from the cellar and replace girders and floor joists. This house went from having floors like ocean waves to being relatively flat and incredibly stable. These guys are knowledgeable and professional in every way. This was a big job and we were nervous. We couldn't be happier. The job was complicated because the house is solid brick construction -- 14' brick perimeter walls. Nothing phases these guys. They're careful. They know what they're doing. If you need a reference or want to see their work, ask them about our job -- on Stratton Avenue.
Description of Work: Structural repairs to 90 year-old house. Replaced main girders and joists. Jacked the house up to level floors.
