Also, we are the region specialists in multifamily exterior renovations that include but not limited to Vinyl, Wood and Fiber Cement siding installation, Window and Door Replacement, Balcony Rebuilds. With our services, we provide labor of an exceptional nature throughout the Nashville and surrounding cities. While currently in our first year of service, our principals bring to the table a combined 15 years of experience in the rough framing, drywall, multifamily renovations and interior and exterior paint business. We are insured to $2,000,000.00 for general liability, plus all applicable workers’ compensation. We have a highly trained workforce, and place an emphasis on professionalism. Our worksites are clean, safe, and drug and alcohol free. Our crews are outfitted with state of the art tools, equipment, and procedures capable of handling most any project. Description of Work: This first visit was free. The sprayed around the house and patio for ants and other bugs--also for spiders. It was an outside servicing this time. There will be, I think, 3 more services this year for a reasonable price. I called a downtown business that was extending a special from May through the first day of June, and Alterra's price beat theirs. The service was about or was equal. Things went well. We have no ants, and no complaints. |
