Description of Work: They took out a section of old chain link fence and repaired two chain link gates. They could have tried to sell us on new gates but instead straightened one and replaced the other with the still-usable gate from the fence they took down, which saved us money. Worked hard and efficiently, got it done in one day.

 + -1 moreI told the provider I wanted the fence fixed, not replaced. Funds were limited and I needed the fence fixed as inexpensively as possible. He gave me 2 options. Both were reasonable. They were prompt, professional and very reasonable. They didn't try to sell me a new fence like other companies. They listened to what I needed and they provided it. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: They fixed a fence in my yard that was leaning awkwardly into the neighbors yard on a steep incline.

 + -1 moreFrom the beginning of conversations, to the quote, to the actual installation James was professional, efficient, extremely customer service oriented. I was also impressed witht the quick response time of return call or texts. The quote was given within 24 hours of initial call. The time frame was about a month out and as I had questions James was great about returning calls promptly when he wasn't able to answer the phone due to being on a job :) They actually came earlier than discussed to install the fence and on installation day they did an excellent job and the fence is beautiful!! Thank you James and your entire team for under-promising and then over-delivering :) You were a joy to work with and I will tell everybody!

 + -1 moreI called the company and then James the owner called me to come out to do an estimate. James arrived on Saturday and was very professional and gave me an approximate date of two weeks to come out and complete with an estimate that was better than using a handyman service. They called me sooner than two weeks to let me know that they would be there on the Friday to complete. James also made suggestions on how to reface our deck for improvement and we will definitely use him once he sends the quote. Our little dog keeps getting through the gate and I plan to call James to see what he can do but, I it is not anything his company did wrong; a minor adjustment is probably needed. I would recommend this company to my neighbors and friends.

 + 0 moreThe first portion was done quickly and professionally. They were on time, with the exception of one day I did have to call and see if they were coming but they on their way only a little bit late. The second portion was done in one day! We were waiting to get a puppy and they got the portion done so quickly we were able to get the puppy in a couple days. They cleared brush for us, moved it away from the house for us (even though initially we said we would as to not add cost but they were so nice about it) and added a little area that I had not even noticed might be a problem. We have a retaining wall that they were going above and when connected to the original gate portion it left an opening easily climbed out of. I did not even notice the area, they brought it to my attention and did a gorgeous fix for it! Sent the same crew to do both jobs, so they knew the lay out and what we wanted, they were great! Compliments from everyone that sees this fence, and the best pricing out of everyone I called (and I called at least 5 fence companies). They were great with communication, when we initially were considering hiring the only time my hubby and I could talk to them was late or on a weekend and they accommodated our time and totally won us over. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
Description of Work: We had a three rail farm fence with welded wire. We initially put it in for 334 linear ft and added 30 ft later, an oversight on our part... did not realize how easily the kids and dog would find the initial area we stopped at. We though the wooded area would stop the walking to our neighbors but they all found it.

 + 0 moreAllStar did a great job installing the fence in my backyard. The fence looks great and I have no complaints. It took about 2 - 3 days for them to complete the job due to the extra gates and some of the obstacles in my yard that they had to work around. They were professional and reasonalbly priced. I had several quotes and theirs was in the middle. One of the metal fence parts was dented and they told me that they would order a new part and replace it which let me know that I had chosen the right company. Also, when I had a couple of modifications and additions they didn't mind and did their best to do what they could to make it an outstanding job.
Description of Work: Installed 4 rail farm fence and metal fencing around backyard. Also installed entrance gates for driveway.

Immediately came to measure and when he gave me his pricing I explained what my budget was and he gave me suggestions how to get to that pricing. He also discounted some so I would not go over my budget. Started and finished the work just as he proposed. Very pleased with his service and the fencing is beautiful.

 + -1 moreAs you can tell from what I said above, these guys are hardworking, caring, considerate, honest, fairly priced, understanding, and just an outstanding group of workers.
Description of Work: Allstar fence and deck came out quickly when called to quote putting up a 4 rail fence around our property and an inner dog fence area. They were some of the nicest guys I have met and gave me a fair and reasonable price. We scheduled a date to have them do the fence, and changed our minds on what we wanted several times before they came. They were kind enough to come out and requote the work for us when we made the changes to the plan. Their pricing was straightforward and easy to understand. They had a set fee for labor and then priced by the foot for the fencing materials. We had to reschedule the time they were to start due to another contractor not finishing his work in time to get out of their way. They were very understanding and didn't mind having to change the schedule. When they did come out, I've never seen such a hardworking group of men. They hardly ever rested, and got the job done on .5 acres in two days. The only reason it took two days was because the concrete posts had to set and dry. The fence looks great, and they took great care to get it right, level, straight, etc. It slopes perfectly with the land and I couldn't be happier. We needed the gates to swing the opposite way then the way they were built to swing, due to the slope of our land, and the workers worked together to redesign the gates and posts, to make it work. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I wouldn't hesistate to recommend them to anyone.

 + -1 moreWe needed a fence quickly for our dog. We got estimates from 3 companies. James and his team gave us price and time options that allowed us to make the best decision for our situation. We had a HOA to comply with and they were well aware of the neighborhood covenants and even made us aware of things we didn't realize. We chose a 4' black aluminum fence. When a gate held up the shipment, James called us right away to notify us. Communication was great. They showed up one day delayed because of the gate and worked all day to get the fence installed. They were professional and the quality of their work and materials was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreI called All Star on a Thursday hoping to get them to come out on a Friday to give me an estimate. They indicated they would be over right after completion of a job and kept in good contact with me as to when I could expect them, etc. All star was the second fence company I had out that day. The first company's quote was very high and they seemed to be trying to scare me into getting more fence then my home needed. All Star, on the other hand, came out measured, made sure they knew what I wanted and gave me an estimate on the spot for 25% less then the first company. A couple of weeks later I called to set up a time for them to come out and build the fence. That was also a Friday, they said they would be there Tuesday or Wednesday and would call before they came out. Called me on Tuesday that they were on their way to put up the posts. Got home that night and the posts were all put up and the concrete was drying. Thursday they came back to do the fence. It was done by 2pm and it is LOVELY!!!! My very involved neighbor from across the street came over to compliment the fence and get the name of the company who did it. I very confidently told him to call James @ All Star, don't even bother calling anyone else. I plan to have them come out and rebuild my deck and possibly a pergola as soon as I can. It was an incredibly wonderful experience and i would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Description of Work: We really wanted to use these guys. It felt like these guys were perfect for what we needed. They came out and we walked thru all of our needs. Four projects in alll. I did not hear back from them for a week so I called them. I got the run around about someone was sick. He hade two of the four quotes and I was happy with the two quotes so I told him to book me for first opening. We went over his calander and pick the first wednesday in December. We could work out the other two quotes as work work was being done. They never showed up. I called and again the run around "we are finishing up another job and we will start on yours next wednesday. Next wednesday rolled around and they did not show up. All of my calls to them have been unanswered. What can I say.

 + -1 moreIt went great. They came the Friday before to put in the posts, then they came back the next week to put up the fence. They were very fast and were done within three hours or so. They encountered a rock while putting up the posts, but where able to dig it out rather than going and renting a jackhammer, which would have cost me more. They were all really nice, especially James, the owner. He guarantees his work and is a member of the BBB. If I ever needed another fence put up I would call him again. I would also recommend him to anyone needing to put up a fence.
