All Bugs Pest Elimination

Service with this provider was transferred by the homebuilder to us as new homeowners. The annual contract renewal fee of $160 was due in October 2013 and a check was sent and cashed by the company. I completed a walkaround inspection and noticed most of the termite stations were empty and some displaced by weather, etc. I contacted them by phone on May 31 and was told they would be out Tuesday to service the stations. I stayed home from work and no one showed up. I called back that afternoon and it went straight to voicemail, so I left a message. I called back on June 6th after still not hearing back and even sent an email at that time. Finally I tried again yesterday and today leaving a message. Each time it goes to a voice mail with another number listed. I do not know what is going on, but Better Business Bureau has listed them as a F business due to this same issue. Basically I paid for service and have not received anything from the vendor. If I can ever get a live person, I would just like to request a refund and go elsewhere.
