To be fair, Airstream has the best customer service of any HVAC company I've ever dealt with. Their techs were always in constant communication, they showed up when they said they would, and answered all questions. BUT...you're going to pay for this service, and I mean REALLY pay. Like to the tune of 2x-3x the rate for other companies. I was quoted almost $3K for a job to fix a residential heat pump, where the refrigerant had leaked out due to a leak in the system. That's $3K for 4 hours of work and 10 lbs of refrigerant. Take away the ~$300 for refrigerant and you're at about $650 PER HOUR (parts were covered under the HVAC manufacturer warranty). That's INSANE !

Gus is fantastic; we have been loyal Airstream customers for years (across two different houses). They are responsive and professional and honest about what things will cost and what your options are. I recommend them to everyone I know that has HVAC needs.

Gus, came right out to repair our extremely hot house! Very professional, efficient, and affordable with excellent customer service. He even took the time to inspect all over the house to make sure everything was in great working order. If you need something done with your AC or Heat, Airstream is the one you want! Can't beat their customer service!
