First of all, let me apologize for the negative aspects of your experience. It is our company's policy to schedule our times very conservatively so that we can avoid almost all situations in which we could be running behind. Of course, even with the best laid plans things do happen. Even so, we always strive to keep the customer posted in the event that there are any delays. The problems you describe having are highly uncharacteristic of our company's commitment to the timely service that is key to customer satisfaction. The price itself is significantly lower than our re-key prices have been since we began our business over a decade ago. As an owner, I would have loved to know that this had occurred when it happened so that I could have investigated the situation. I couldn't begin to piece together what may have happened that day after so many months have passed, but I can still offer my sincere apologies, do my best to make sure this particular experience is never repeated, and hope you would consider us for any of your future locksmith needs in the Middle Tennessee area.
