The first thing I asked these guys was "are you taking the parts of the trees that you cut? I do not want them left in my front yard for the holidays. Yes, I was told... So, $600.00 to trim my tree's front and back. OK I said. Then, as they tried to cut limbs off one of the tree's in my back yard, they came to me and said it split and if I didn't cut it down; in the winter it would fall on the fences of the people next to me. I did not see the split, but they said it was up at the top part... So, another $700.00 was added to my bill. With all of this, I was told one of my tree's was sick and they would treat it for free, but that tree ended up being cut. To my great surprise, they put that same treatment on another tree. I assumed it was going to be free. Wrong. They DID Not even tell me until they put the treatment on the tree, that this was going to add another $300.00 to my bill for three cans of treatment ! What was in these cans GOLD ??? I am a 63 year old women on disability and I fill like they kept adding and adding money to the bill. I should NOT have paid the extra $300.00, but I did. I always pay my bills. I do not think anyone should hire these guys. Plus, I was told that they were going to trim the trees in the front also as part of the bill. No they did not !!! Then, they DID NOT take the trimmed tree parts, but put them all in the front of my home like I said I did NOT want !!! Still here and it is 11/16/15. So, yesterday these guys came to my house again and stated that the city of Memphis was in debt and would not pick up the tree's. So, they said they would get them for... are you ready for this??? Another $500.00 !!! They also said this was a discount because it should cost me $750.00 to hall off this tree's parts... They said Memphis would fine me if I did not get these limbs taken away. mmmmmm? I just moved here from Texas and I can not believe these guys. I told them no they could not take them and I was not paying them one more cent !!! WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY !!! YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU WILL END UP PAYING BY THE TIME IT IS OVER !!! Oh, and they never trimmed any of the front tree's !!!
