We have no problem with our dish. We get good reception and good service. Something happened o our satellite and we called them and they were out here the next day and fix it and we have no more problem with it. As far as the dish goes we have been well satisfied.

The internet connection was very slow even though it was high speed. The information told to me wasn't truthful. I couldn't plug in an XBox Live. They had very bad customer service. You wait on line for too long. Then you get customer service from another country.
