"Jesse with Roto Rooter came out to clean some roots from our main drain. Previous company (Conway) had been out about a week earlier but apparently didn't use the right head on the auger so we were having problems again within that week. Conway had stated a one year warranty on their coupon but wouldn't honor it even a week later. We called Roto Rooter & talked to Jesse explained what happened with previous company and he felt sure we didn't not need to replace any of the main drain like Conway was wanting to do at a huge price. Jesse with Roto Rooter came out used a different auger head than the other guy had used. The Roto Rooter cost was $200 with a 3 month warranty and Jesse assured us the 3 month warranty would be honored. Work was done on August 9, 2017. However we did not have to call him again. He advised us to use a root dissolving product once or twice a year. We took that advice and as of May of 2018 we have had no problem so far. If we do again, we would certainly call Jesse with Roto-Rooter. We have learned it is better to use a company that has an experienced tech who knows the right tools to use and specializes in clearing roots from a main drain."

I have 4 employees. We do not sub out any work. I am on the job with the guys from start to finish. We have been removing pools for 16 years and I can provide any of my customers for referrals. We give a written contract with a 12 month warranty, and we are giving a 200.00 discount for angies list members. Payments are accepted in the form of cash, check, or credit card.
"Jeff and his crew did twice the usual work required to remove the pool from my yard since it was previously filled in without busting out the bottom. Over time, the pool area became a swamp, so the guys came in and dug out the pool, hauled away the dirt and debris that couldn't be re-used as fill, busted out the bottom of the pool, tore down the sidewalls about 24", removed a retaining wall, brought in new dirt to fill the area, graded my whole yard, and laid sod. Goodbye mosquito sanctuary! Now to the stuff that you are really interested in...My experience with Jeff and his crew was nothing short of pleasant. I found everyone in his crew was friendly, respectful, and had great work ethic. The most valuable thing, though, was the peace-of-mind I had about inviting strangers into my back yard...which was a concern of my wife's. The caliber of people that will be working at your house isn't something you'll find on your invoice, but it's definitely something I'm happy I paid for with Walter's Construction."

"Pricy. Crew seemed to be very knowledgeable, but a couple of them appeared to be under the influence of something.... Owner was very nice. When quoting price, promised to put tarp on because rain was expected. Waited until it was dark and lightning started to say he couldn't because of equipment. Tarp could have been cut and placed on holes prior to this, but he was waiting on someone to bring tarp to him. Came back the next day alone to finish. Left a huge stump in the back yard. Told me it would be extra to remove this. (Never said this when giving the quote). I have had other trees removed and no mention of this. Only told this at the end. I told him he should tell his customers this when giving the initial quote. They kept telling me they couldn't do more because his crew was on another job in another part of the city. He worked with 1 one other guy. They did not have the limb shredder when he returned on day 2 to complete the job. Did not really seem interested in completing it. I think ultimately if he had his entire crew, the job would have been better and not so many excuses."
