Danielle's Cleaning Service

She was on time for the quote, but 30 minutes late for the cleaning session. She quoted me a high price and told me she needed cash because her bank account was "messed up". SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG!, but she told me she was bringing her mother and I expected it would take them both a full day. She had told me that she does cleaning the right way but if I saw something was not right to tell her. Well, when I told her that the mirrors and pictures were not clean, she snapped at me and said I didn't have to have her back. She did things slap-dash, and got distracted and moved to something else.. She failed to dust the top two shelves on two bookcases. She didn't clean the den floor, or the cobwebs. She did nothing in the kitchen, but mop the floors. She failed to reinstall three of the blind valences at all or incorrectly. One fell off after she left in my office and luckily didn't break art pieces on the credenza. She only had an upright Shark vacuum that doesn't clean the carpet near the baseboards nor the stairs. She did a very poor job, not even up to par of a regular cleaning and charged me $80 dollars per hour for 4 hours of work. I suspect she has ADD since she had no attention to detail and was scatterbrained. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMED HER!!
