Description of Work: Roof sealing. First the roof was thoroughly cleaned, all algae removed. After drying, a special roof sealant was applied for the purpose of (A) locking in the aggregate in the shingles to prevent wear; (B) decrease/minimize wear from UV radiation; (C) minimize/eliminate re-growth of algae; (D) adhering top shingles to shingles underneath to prevent shingle fly-away. This is so much better, so much greener, so much less costly than replacing the roof, assuming that the roof is not worn out and needs to be replaced. No noise from replacing the roof. No waste shingles to dispose of. Big savings. Ours is a 3,000 sq ft home in a great Nashville neighborhood. Neighbors are spending $17,000 to replace their roofs. This sealant is guaranteed for 5 yrs at least. I know it works. I have an office attic. Could hear the shingles flapping in high winds. After the sealant was applied, during the great Nashville flooding, heard no flapping at all. When the installation was done there a few shingles missing. They replaced them before starting the sealing process.

deck cleaning
 + -1 moreMade a few calls after reviewing Angie's List, out of the three I called one showed up, he gave me a good estimate of 235, then showed up several days later and power washed the deck, I rent the property out and the people living there said he did a great job, I live out of state and I am a prime target for getting screwed, so, hearing the job turned out great, is always good news to hear. Yes I would hire him again........

deck cleaning
 + -1 moreDean provided an estimate and discussed options for re-sealing the deck, part of which was 2 years newer than the rest. Rainy weather caused the date to be moved out but Dean and crew arrived on time on re-scheduled date. They removed the deck furniture, power-washed it all in one day then returned 2 days later to seal. They were punctual and worked hard to complete the job on time. In hindsight, I should have gone with a slight color stain rather than a clear sealer to make the older and newer parts look more the same - this was my choice but I wish Dean had better explained what the finished product would look like.
Description of Work: Pressure wash and re-seal large multi-tier wooden deck.

 + -1 moreLAST YEAR I HIRED PRESSURE WASHING UNLIMITED TO PRESSURE WASH MY HOME, DECK, THE SEAL MY DECK. THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB. THEY BROUGHT THEIR OWN WATER, THEY DID NOT USE MINE, AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY CHARGE A FAIR RATE AND ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE.
