+ -1 moreI called Premo Air to check out my air conditioner. They told me they had a $109 fee for coming out (which is normal). The technician checked my unit and gave me a lot of "maybe", "probably", and "could be" answers. They sent me an estimate which was $1300. I declined the estimate and got another company to check it out. The other company quoted $855. After declining Premo Air's estimate, they sent me a bill for $218. They charged me $109 for the visit and another $109 for the 1 hour labor to diagnose my issue. I contacted Premo Air saying I would pay the $109 for the site visit, but they were not willing to accept my fair offer. I will never do business with them again. Overpriced estimate and double charged me for the service call.
Description of Work: Condenser fan and capacitor replaced. They wanted $1300 for a $900 project
