 + -1 moreThese men and their subs were professional, cheerful, flexible, and otherwise helpful. They did a few extras at no charge. They made helpful suggestions regarding procedures, materials, and vendors that improved the outcome. They worked with my schedule and were patient when I couldn't make up my mind. No pressure. They did not work on weekends or holidays saying that they don't like to disturb (client's) family time. They delivered on what they promised and then some. The quality of work was excellent. Everyone who sees the kitchen is impressed with the workmanship.
Description of Work: Troy McDonald gave a detailed and accurate estimate of the job. Joe McDonald supervised and worked on site to renovate the kitchen. Except installing the new cabinets (which Lowe's did), the McDonalds did everything: Tore out cabinets, vinyl floor, 3 walls, and 2 doors. Leveled floor; installed 18" porcelain tile. Reworked wiring. Insulated 2 walls. Did drywall. Built sliding doors and storage in pantry. turned two doors into a window and a pass through with wall area beneath. Installed light fixture. Installed wall tile between top and bottom cabinets on three walls. Installed 12" porcelain tile countertop with Schleuter metal railing. Repaired adjoining wood floor. Hooked up all plumbing.
