She arrived exactly at the agreed upon time and was there about the length of time she said she would be. Her professionalism was outstanding. She brought all the items she would need to do the work and worked the entire time. The end product was, frankly, better than we expected. It was clean enough that we would be satisfied if we were living there. While she was a tad higher than others, she was well worth every penny. We will definitely keep her contact information and will call her again.

I have managed rental property for the last 14 years and I have used over 4 dozen different cleaners. I am happy to have Paula doing all my cleaning now. My experience with cleaners has been that they all start out good and then go downhill as soon as they realize I won't be able to keep checking up on them. Paula started out incredibly efficient and has continued to be the best cleaner I have ever worked with. She does a great job every single time. She is very attentive to what I want and consistently delivers. Her rate is $30/hr which is a little more than I have usually paid, but she is well worth it. When people move into homes she has cleaned, I know they will be happy it is so clean! She started doing my cleaning in August and continues to this day. I hope to work with her for a very long time.

Paula was a delightful person, a professional in her quality work and a great addition to my household team. I was particularly impressed with her bathroom cleaning and was happy to have some recommended suggestions of products to really make my house shine. I have purchased those items and look forward to her return this week.

I am so glad that we have Paula to take care of us! She is very easy going and communicates well (i.e. if the cleaning schedule needs to be changed when one of us is on vacation etc.). I also like the fact that she is an independant contractor - I know who is in my house and have developed a relationship with her (something that probably wouldn't happen with a large company).
