I received a call within an hour after searching on Angie's List, and Michael came out for an estimate that same day. They were able to get my project started two days later. I was trying to match new addition hardwood to my existing 100 year old house hardwood. Not only is it a seamless transition, my original hardwood looks better than I could have ever imagined! I cannot give enough praises to their professionalism and quality of work. I will definitely be calling them again to refinish the hardwood in the rest of my house!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. I chose this company to finish my newly installed floors. I regret this choice. The 2 people sent by McSwain floor company did not fill any of the holes in the floor, they just left them. I mentioned them to the guys, but, they never filled them. The biggest problem is that they did not allow enough time for the stain to dry before they applied the first coat of polyurethane. As a result the stain mixed in with the polyurethane as they were applying it and it was like they were spreading the stain all over again. This left a very uneven finish with patches of light and dark areas over the entire surface of the floor. It looked terrible and when Mr. McSwain inspected it he said nothing of the problem. If you want a professionally finished floor do not hire this company. They are simply in too big of a hurry to do the job correctly. All they had to do was allow enough time for the stain to dry, but, obviously they are more interested in getting the job done than doing it right. In the end I told them to re-sand the entire floor and since then I have finished it myself. They did not even offer to refund any of the money (big surprise). Save yourself a lot of disappointment and stress, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
