+ -1 moreHe switched out a few components and the TV is working beautifully. He was a super nice guy and was incredibly helpful. He was punctual as well. I couldn't be happier with the service he provided.
Description of Work: I purchased an HDTV from them and there was a problem with the picture. Strange things were happening on the TV so they sent the Geek Squad, Mike was excellent.

+ -1 moreI think what they tried to do was illegal. They said they would no longer guarantee anything they did in the past if we did not buy their anti virus package. We bought it at another store for 35 dollars. I will never go to Best Buy again.
Description of Work: I had Best Buy install a wireless internet service. They tried to sell me a virus protection package for 250 dollars after I had problems with my web cam.

+ -1 moreThese folks listened to what I wanted them to do. They knew what I wanted even though I had a hard time explaining it in terms of computer language. They made me feel like a regular customer. They did the job overnight, too.
