 + 0 moreHe is cheap and does very good. There was a lot to do. He went out of his way to buy things used or what he had at home, rather than buy new stuff and charge it to me. I will definitely use him again.
Description of Work: He remodeled my rental house. He painted and fixed up the bathrooms.

 + -1 moreIt went well. This was a job that required some creativity because the doors were not initially installed correctly. Don's experience was very helpful in finding some creative solutions.
Description of Work: I had an outside doorframe that had rotted out at the bottom. Don came and cut out the old rotted wood and replaced that portion with a section from a plastic doorframe and aligned the double doors. He also cut and secured the mortar trim. I did the caulking and furnished the materials.

Description of Work: Removed old overhead oven and cooktop. Cut out cabinet below cooktop. Replaced with GE Range and cabinet. Painted, sanded, plus all sorts of small things. It looks great. I plan to hire him again for my rental house renovation.

 + 3 moreMy wife is terminally ill and both of these men went out of their way to make sure her needs were met. They told me they'd be done by Christmas and, for the most part, they were. Don even got a plumber in here when I couldn't. I would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: Repaired ceiling in kitchen; demoed 2 bathrooms; tiled and painted 2 bathrooms; set vanities and faucets for 2 bathrooms.

Description of Work: We had a 2 story great room painted, and a loft and a dining room. They did a good job of painting. My husband is VERY particular and he had no complaints so that is saying a lot. They also installed a new light fixture in a bedroom and did a fine job with that. I thought the price was very fair and will also say they were nice and polite to have in my home. I will definitely call them for painting or handyman work in the future.

 + -1 moreThe ceilings were 18ft. high and we didn't want to take that on ourselves. They took an old fan down and mounted a new one. The overall experience was excellent. I thought the price was reasonable. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this provider again.
