We have 8 full time employees when in season handling Wilson County, Hermitage, Donelson, and Old Hickory area. We bill monthly on yard mowings, and have larger landscape bills that can be paid over 3 months. We will beat the competition prices.

Pending waiting on job to start.
Description of Work: Paid in n September far work to be done 10/12 or 13. Called on 10/17 and was told work was complete, work was not done. Stated would come by and look a lawn. He stated he had returned equipment and would have to make other arrangements. We want our lawn aero. and reseeded. I called today 10/23 and person. Was not aware of issuer. I informed the person, Kevin? That I would like a return call by noon no call .

Response from Brauss Lawn Service LLC
This is a really unfair Review. We worked very hard for this customer. We are currently not done with this project because the home owner put us on hold. Our next step in the process was to instal sod and plant grass. Homeowner told us to wait until the irrigation system was installed. We said ok. We even quoted the irrigation system so they could get it done quicker. They did not like my price. We also had to wait on the city to hook up the water meter. It took over 6 weeks for the city to hook this up. I have called every week since early November to see if they were ready for us to come back. Each and every time, they said they would call me on Monday of the following week. Not once did they ever call me. You would think, if they were ready for this project to be done, they would call the people they hired to do the work. So for this customer to give us an F review was 100% unfair and undeserved. Please look at all of our other reviews and see the truth. We would love to work for anyone.
