Description of Work: They did a great job on the lawn - very efficient. My only complaint was that I signed up for this service with Angie's List on 9/4/15. I never heard from them until they arrived at my house yesterday to do the work. They did a great job - I have no complaints there, but I think they could have been more responsive in letting me know when they were coming!

Description of Work: I bought eleven 4 inch lirope plants and seven daylilies 1 gallon size. They planted them for me and laid out four bags of my mulch.They also trimmed 5 overgrown Shrubs Way back for me. The work took around two hours. They did a good job but a little pricey for me. I am a widow lady so I have to watch my pennies. $75 of that charge was for hauling off the brush. Had I known that they would charge me for that I would have had them just leave it at the curb as the city of Murfreesboro does pick that up for us. All and all they did a very good job. They were very friendly and efficient. I live in Murfreesboro and they had to come to my house from a job they were doing in Smyrna. I would not be able to use them again simply because of the cost factor. I hope this was helpful. |

Description of Work: Brauss lawn service cut my lawn weekly for 5 weeks after I had surgery and needed someone to cut while I was unable. They are very reliable and did a great job. I recommend their service.

Description of Work: The service provider went to great lengths to contact me and were very professional. The property I needed their services for was out of their service area. They politely suggested that I contact Angie's list customer service for a refund.

Description of Work: He was honest about the mower's condition. Could have lied and done all the work needed which would have been a waste of money. Probably cost us almost as much as a used reconditioned mower. Very nice guy.

Description of Work: Great service and immunization from Brauss. They originally went to the wrong address but once they realized the error they were quick to reach out to me and verify their info. That delayed service for one day but in the grand scheme of things, it was no problem. They mowed and trimmed our entire lawn. It looked great.
