The foreman for our job was very rude. Their was no communication throughout the job. Their work is subpar and very overpriced When you look closely at the bill they did not do half the stuff on it.

We lost power to a basement bedroom and put in for a service call to 2-10 Home warranty. They then emailed Beacon Hill electrical company and will have one of their electricians come out and we will then have to pay them the $100.00 under the Warranty policy. They sent this clueless technician Scott out to the house and for over 1 hour just went around testing the GFI and breakers on the breaker box, which I already had done multiple times. After more then a hour he then states he has no idea why that room has lost power. Then out of the blue states the house is not up to code and that someone will have to open up the walls and find out where the problem is. I told him I am pretty sure it was the plug that the Treadmill was plugged into that was losing power then getting it back then losing power again. He never did open that plug up and look to see if any wires were loose to see if that was the problem. He then collects the home warranty fee of $100 for his work of checking the breakers and GFI and leaves. He then tells 2-10 home warranty company our house is not up to code which is a complete lie. This is a $650,000+ home which we paid more then $1,000 for a complete home inspection and it is completely up to code. Outlets are with in every 12 feet in this house. Now 2-10 Home warranty company said they cannot send another electrician in and are taking Scott word the clueless electrician who only knew how to check the breakers and GFI. Well, after hearing the home warranty company would not send out another company to look at the problem , I decided to open up the outlet where I told him to check at the treadmill. I found a loose wire which I tighten and that fixed the problem and now all outlets are now working. I am just amazed how companies like this one love to scam people and want to tell you they will have to rip open the walls up and charge thousands of dollars worth of work for a loose wire that their certified electrician could not even check for. This company really needs to be looked at and I have a feeling the A ratings they have on here are from employees and family members. Stay away from this company and if your home warranty contacts them for work I would request they pick someone else to use. The company did say they are happy to come out and do the job at our expense to rip open walls to find the problem.

Idiot Beacon Hill guy said that the walls would need to be open up and the wires would have to be re-wired. He did not open any outlets only checked the breaker box. I then had a neighbor come bye and looked and said just a wire was loose in one of the outlets and he fixed it for me and now have power again.

He claimed entire panel had to be replaced, and said warranty would not cover permit. Also that it would be another $800 to install 3 hardwired smoke alarms, that it was required by Nashville code. When I said we were not even in that county, or in next nearest city, he stammered out its was a national code. Refused to admit he was scamming, even after I called another electrician who told me flat out he was lying about the alarms. Warranty sent another company who confirmed the scam, and also that his panel replacement was also unnecessary.

I called them and explained the work I needed in detail. Austin got it and mentioned it would take less than 5 hours to do the work. He explained the pricing model, billing on a per man hour basis. Technician (James) showed up in time and I showed him the work. He explained it would take more hours with tho people to complete the work. That would make it more expensive than the flat fee quoted by another vendor so I declined the work. I got a call from the "General Manager" who was very rude and very unprofessional. He blamed me and tried to force me to pay some service fee and didn't even try to find a solution, he misrepresented facts discussed in the conversation with Austin and finally hung up the phone... Definitely not the kind of person you want to make business with.

Justin was prompt and ready to work when he arrived. The company was also willing to work with my home warranty (which many were not), and called to request an additional hour to diagnose the issue. The warranty company okay'd it and the problem was found (melted wiring). The problem was quickly fixed after another company already came out and couldn't find the issue. The issue was shown to me first-hand, and good advice was given to help prevent it in the future. Again, great work guys, and THANK YOU for working with my warranty company! I did ask what the total bill was that the warranty company had to pay beyond my $75 copy and was told that was private info. Understood, didn't hurt to ask. ;-)

They were excellent. He bonded the pool and it passed inspection. Allen was great to work with and he was very helpful. He knows what he is talking about, easy to deal with, and I would definitely recommend him. I would use him again. He returned my calls and answered all of my questions. He talked to my attorney and answered his questions. He was very helpful. He even called the inspector for us. He told us everything going on. They pulled my permit and found the paperwork. He got the extension for us with the inspector so that our electricity wasn't shut off to the house. He helped us a lot.

They're just responsive, professional, and the price was great. There was just small issue after they left and it was just minor, but they were like there the next morning. It took them a long time to find it but they were very fair on the price for finding what the problem was. I don't know the exact ballpark of the price but it was very fair.

Contacted Beacon Hill to primarily hook up our hot tub that we moved with in April. Also asked about running power and installing an outlet to the back of a new patio we had poured. The price for both was kind of high so we just went with the hot tub work. The disconnect was already installed so all that was needed was the breaker and conduit and cooper to make the connection. Work was done quickly and well with no issues. Factoring in the price of the breaker and copper the price was fare albeit with such a short run it seemed a little pricey but they were in line with other estimates and squeezed us in quickly so I believe overall it was a decent value.

The people who owned the house before us believed that they were electricians. We were worried about the electrical throughout the house and wanted to get it working and safe. We did the electrical in stages. We wanted to pay as we go and they were ok with that. They arrived on time and looked at different areas and let us know what they believed was needed. They were straight forward and easy to work with. They worked with inspectors, the electric company, and planned work accordingly so that we were not without power for longer than a work day. We have three kids and they worked with us on timing and availability. The work looks great and we have piece of mind. I believe you may be able to find a cheaper price somewhere but electrical is not something we wanted to take a chance on. They did a good job and I would recommend them.

Excellent service, professional, prompt, everything was great. Have used them twice in the past few months
Description of Work: Our home warranty company dispatched them to fix two different circuit outages. As it is an old house with several additions, it was a challenge to locate the problem. Everything was located in a reasonable amount of time, restored, and they even cleaned up everything. Had to call them an additional time and all information was relayed from the first technician to the second to expedite service.

They were my 3rd quote for a pretty significant job (as close to a complete rewire, without being a rewire). I wanted to go with them after meeting and discussing the job with 3 different people. After identifying exactly what I needed and wanted to be done, we agreed on a price, which ultimately was done under budget.
Description of Work: Significant amount of electrical work. Eliminating Knob and Tube wiring in the attic (feeding all lights, ceiling fans, switches) and basement. Running new lines, electric smoke detectors, hanging new ceiling fans connected to the new wiring, installing new outlets, and many other miscellaneous items. The gentleman who helped me, Ken, did a wonderful job. He was very friendly, very hardworking, and very skilled. I will always call Beacon Hill for any future electric needs at this point.
